We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and direct debit (SEPA). For Enterprise plans, we can arrange custom payment terms. All pricing is in EUR and billed monthly or annually based on your preference. Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount.

Starter and Business plans have flexible month-to-month contracts with a 30-day notice period for cancellation. Enterprise plans typically include a 12-month commitment to ensure we can provide dedicated resources and custom integrations. We're confident you'll love our service and want the flexibility to grow with us.

We monitor your usage and will notify you before you reach your plan limits. Additional storage is charged at €4.50/m² per month, and extra shipments are €25 each. We'll work with you to find the best solution - often upgrading to the next plan tier is more cost-effective if you consistently exceed limits.

Yes! New members receive a 14-day trial period with full platform access. During the trial, you can test all features, store up to 50 m² of goods, and process up to 5 shipments at no charge. This allows you to experience our service quality and platform capabilities before committing to a paid plan.
